Games Interest Group 

 

Hey all.

We in the Games Interest Group have been organising gatherings for gamers for a couple of years now. Our most frequent meetings are game tournaments where everyone , gamer or not, is welcome to join in and have a laugh. We use a wide variety of games ranging from big-sellers to cult classics, including; Guitar Hero, Halo, Super Smash Bros., Street Fighter and many more. From Friday the 2nd of November we'll be holding these tournaments in the Bluespace area of the union, every Friday at 5pm up until Christmas.

There's also the fabled Games Quiz, held every once in a blue moon in the Lounge Bar, where people gather to show off the knowledge they thought they'd never have a use for.
