Sparqs (Student Participation in Quality Scotland) is currently recruiting 14 individuals to train newly elected Course Representatives across Scotland's colleges and universities next year. Our Course Representative Training is used by all colleges and the vast majority of universities in Scotland.
To be eligible for one of these positions you must currently be a Course Representative and will be a student next year. Associate Trainers are provided with full induction during a residential week between 1st and 5th of September, into training skills and how to deliver our Course Representative Training. Following this week, you will be delivering 2 hour sessions within colleges and universities across Scotland, with the majority of this training taking place in September, October, February and April. The hourly rate of pay will be £8 and you will be paid a daily rate of £50 for attending the residential induction in September.
